Bah! Facebook and some other thoughts...

What do i do when i log on facebook... i simply curious to see how my friends are doing, without inducing any effort to try to contact them physically through talking with them or seeing them in person.

Sort of the catching up part is all done passively, already presented to you, as you see their comments, status updates and browse through their pictures.

Then there's facebook stalking, lol. curious, curious creatures we are, and even when we don't know that person that well, we still take our time to browse through all their pictures. What's the point? I mean, we might secretly admire that person and want to know everything about that person, but we just don't have the guts to try to meet him/her.

In the end its a time waster in my opinion. I feel bad if i spend too much time in facebook.

I still do give it credit though helping me find old friends.

Another note,

One thing i start to realize when you want to live a mentally healthy life, be honest to yourself and never doubt your beliefs. DO NOT hate yourself ever, and do what you want in life. You may not know what you want at first and that's ok, and if you make a mistake, or even a big mistake, don't hate yourself because of it. Hating yourself cause inner conflict, like a cancer in your mind. Try to make up for your mistakes and move on.

Well its always "easier said than done."

So now i'm going to keep working on the "being honest to myself" part of myself.

I read something that i like about architecture today, that is:

"Do no harm and be designed to be integrated within the cycle of all living things."

Definitely part of my own architecture philosophy.

A new year, time to blog!

Ok, no more blogging about cars or things!

This time this blog will be about my mind, to help develop my way of thinking. To put it simply, i just want to contemplate about how i feel sometimes through my daily life.

Hopefully i can blog more often, maybe it will help me go through life...
